Job Summary

Oversee drainage construction on major infrastructure projects, ensuring work complies with project plans and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and maintain quality standards. Implement and enforce HSE requirements, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and review contractor work. Keep accurate daily records, manage non-conformances, and provide timely progress updates with the project team and clients, supporting schedule and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and oversee drainage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality standards.
•Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site.
•Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
•Maintain accurate daily records, address non-conformances, and provide status updates to the project team and clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in drainage construction or related infrastructure projects.
•Strong knowledge of drainage design, construction techniques, and relevant industry standards.
•Proficiency in project management principles, including ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Valid professional engineering license or eligibility to obtain one, with MMUP registration mandatory.
