Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on procurement strategies, manage vendor prequalification, assess bids and proposals, and support contract awards.
  • •Lead estimating services across the project lifecycle, including cost estimates, review of junior work, benchmark analysis, and value engineering and risk assessments.
  • •Review and challenge project costs and commercial assumptions with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • •Manage cost reporting and cost control, including cost reports and forecasts, budget and spend forecasting, payment application reviews, entitlement assessments, and change order evaluations.
  • •Support contract administration and dispute avoidance, manage invoicing, lead final account negotiations and post-contract audits, and assist with project closeout and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial management within construction.
  • •Experience supporting medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting data center or mission-critical, highly technical construction projects is preferred.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is valued.
