Key Responsibilities

  • •Review portfolio holdings, exposures, derivatives, counterparty and concentration limits, and eligible asset rules; validate restriction rule coding/parameters reflect the latest prospectus and regulatory requirements.
  • •Perform daily/periodic monitoring for investment restrictions, investigate alerts, classify breaches, maintain breach logs and closure documentation, and escalate per governance requirements.
  • •Interpret fund documentation and translate requirements into operational monitoring rules; support updates from prospectus changes, new sub-funds, strategy changes, or regulatory updates; support due diligence of delegated parties/service providers.
  • •Produce periodic compliance monitoring reports and support fund boards/management company reporting packs and ad-hoc queries from internal stakeholders and auditors.
  • •Perform reconciliations and reasonableness checks, identify control gaps, drive process improvements/automation, and support UAT/testing for system enhancements and new fund launches/migrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • •Knowledge of securities services business and SEC rules and regulations.
  • •Strong understanding of fund structures and documentation (prospectus).
  • •Knowledge of investment instruments (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, funds, structured products) and how exposures are calculated.
  • •Fluency in Thai and English is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills for a team environment.
