Job Summary

Lead high-impact sales analytics to optimize upsell and expansion initiatives, and provide actionable insights on PMS integrations and partnership performance. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Revenue Ops, and Finance to design scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks, monitor integration health, and identify trends across adoption, usage, retention, and cancellations. Help maintain the analytics data foundation and enable self-service reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead upsell and expansion funnel analytics by mapping the sales funnel and identifying ideal customer profiles and expansion levers.
•Serve as an analytical thought partner for PMS integrations by monitoring integration health, usage friction, and technical adoption.
•Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks (primarily in Sigma) with PMs, Engineers, and Revenue Ops.
•Analyze end-to-end performance to surface trends and opportunities across sales, adoption, usage, retention, and cancellation behavior.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and grow self-service analytics capabilities for team-wide decisions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, ideally in B2B SaaS.
•Strong independent SQL skills and experience building dashboards with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
•Hands-on experience analyzing sales pipelines and upsell motion using Salesforce data structures.
•Ability to manage day-to-day work independently, handle ambiguous datasets, and prioritize across competing stakeholder requests.
•Experience communicating insights clearly and openly in writing and speech, translating technical data for stakeholders.
