Key Responsibilities

•Develop design ideas from product/communication concepts into fully worked-out design solutions.
•Translate interaction concepts into visual designs for web sites, mobile devices, and touch screen panels.
•Use visual design skills to articulate simplicity across products and improve user satisfaction.
•Create and apply visual languages and harmonized visual styles aligned to brand, audience, market, and culture.
•Collaborate as a sparring partner with interaction designers, art directors, and multidisciplinary teams while accounting for technical constraints of different platforms.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years working as a Visual Designer.
•Exceptional design talent with strong attention to detail.
•Proficiency with leading design software such as Sketch and Illustrator.
•Knowledge of digital standards including HTML5 and CSS, and how mobile platforms impact design.
•Bachelor or master level education in Graphical Design, Arts, or related studies; strong verbal and written skills in Chinese and English.
