  • •Engage walk-by traffic, educate customers on the Peloton portfolio, overcome objections, and close sales
  • •Support total-store CRM management auditing leads to maximize conversion rates
  • •Serve as floor lead by providing in-the-moment coaching when the Store Manager is absent
  • •Assist with daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup

Key Requirements
