•Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent.
•High ownership and the drive to succeed in an ambitious, fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to earn trust with hiring teams and candidates.
•Proactive use of an AI-enabled recruiting tech stack with a focus on continuous improvement.
