Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with business teams to observe workflows, elicit requirements, and identify high-value AI use cases
  • •Design and build AI-based solutions within approved platforms (Claude Projects, Copilot agents, CORE AI platform)
  • •Develop and maintain prompt libraries, system prompts, and structured workflows tailored to business processes
  • •Configure low-code components (Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, etc.) to extend AI capabilities into existing systems
  • •Document delivered solutions for handoff and replication, and collaborate with the AI Enablement Program Manager to create reusable patterns and training material

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related discipline
  • •5+ years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, process improvement, or solutions engineering
  • •Strong fluency with consumer and enterprise AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot) and ability to design prompts and multi-step AI workflows
  • •Experience configuring low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint) and reading technical docs (API concepts, JSON)
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities for non-technical audiences
