Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and follow up restaurant reservations to ensure bookings are guaranteed and confirmed.
  • •Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient guest service via calls and emails to achieve high satisfaction.
  • •Enter reservations in Sevenrooms and use Opera and the Payment Online System to confirm bookings per hotel standards.
  • •Handle group reservations end-to-end, including proposals, reservation agreements, and group contracts.
  • •Send confirmations/regrets within 24 hours, manage administrative reporting and records, and handle special requests and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in acknowledged resorts and hotels as a Reservations Agent.
  • •Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud and Sevenrooms.
  • •Fluent English.
