Key Responsibilities

  • •Clarify how Florida property tax appeal rules operate in practice, including Chapter 194 and DOR uniform rules.
  • •Explain how Property Appraiser offices and VABs differ across Florida counties (e.g., Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Orange, Duval, Pinellas, Lee).
  • •Review filing mechanics including TRIM notice timing, the 25-day window, DR-486 and variants, e-filing vs paper, and the §194.014 partial-payment requirement.
  • •Contribute to hearing/evidence strategy flows to improve outcomes before a special magistrate.
  • •Validate product design choices and flag what won’t survive contact with the VAB before production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150 - 350 hourly
