Job Summary

Analyze performance drivers to support improvement and growth of Monetization Product Operations (MPO) products. Build analytics frameworks and metric systems, produce dashboards, and monitor business situations. Partner with investigation and product teams to drive alignment, decompose problems and attribute root causes across business lines, product, and R&D operations, and help establish SLA mechanisms to reduce issues and ticket volume.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform data analytics on product performance, analyzing factors that impact improvement and growth and defining goals and action plans.
•Translate business logic and requirements into data analytics frameworks and metric systems, producing dashboards and actionable analysis.
•Collaborate with investigation and product teams to support target alignment and implementation plans for influencing factors.
•Conduct multi-dimensional problem decomposition and attribution across business lines, product, and R&D operations, using drill-down analysis to diagnose and address issues.
•Establish an SLA mechanism for product and R&D operations to reduce problem frequency and ticket volume, and improve diagnostic/self-diagnosis capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, with majors in statistics, mathematics, or computer science (bonus).
•At least 2 years of experience in data analytics with mastery of basic statistical principles and quantitative analysis.
•Strong learning ability and business line understanding/judgment to connect business details with data.
•Proficiency in at least one database operation, such as Hive or MySQL.
•Proficiency in at least one analysis tool such as Excel or Tableau; background in data analytics/mining, development, and algorithms is preferred.
