Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead GIS and location intelligence workstreams across multidisciplinary projects to help clients use spatial data for better decisions.
  • •Manage and support a growing technical team, fostering a customer-focused culture around quality, service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Translate client and colleague requirements into practical GIS, data, and digital solutions and provide trusted technical advice.
  • •Lead or contribute to the design, deployment, and governance of GIS platforms, web GIS, field applications, dashboards, and spatial data workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of GIS experience with leadership of complex workstreams.
  • •Strong GIS experience delivering spatial analysis, mapping, web GIS, data management, or location intelligence solutions.
  • •Experience using Esri technology such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Esri mobile apps or real-time dashboards.
  • •Experience managing, mentoring, or supporting technical colleagues to help others deliver effectively.
  • •Strong client-facing skills to understand needs and build trusted relationships.
