Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a unit day-to-day and lead/managing a team of Care Assistants.
  • •Issue medication, review care plans, and maintain accurate records.

  • •Assist residents with personal care and build relationships with residents, families, and external clinical teams such as GPs and District Nurses.
