Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Handle raw materials, transport from storage to dispensary, weigh them as required per batch formula, add to mixer, load blenders, complete final packaging, sample per batch, inspect materials and finished goods and safely palletize/store materials
•Follow the 4-eye principle at all times and monitor for deviations; report disturbances to the Supervisor
•Work unsupervised across all production areas and demonstrate advanced process knowledge
•Monitor, report, and document equipment failures; record deviations and corrective actions
•Take samples of raw materials and finished goods for quality and analytical testing

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED
•1+ year of manufacturing/production experience is preferred
•Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs and handle wet/dry materials as part of batch processes
•Ability to work unsupervised across all production areas and demonstrate advanced process knowledge
•Strong eye for detail, good communication, and basic computer skills; must follow PPE requirements
