Job Summary

Lead FP&A for the Packaged Product Finance team by owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Drive forward-looking business analysis by incorporating economic and industry trends, coordinating regional deep-dives, and producing actual-vs-forecast reporting and key financial/operating metrics. Present insights to executive leadership and improve automation to increase data efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the division’s financial modeling process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
•Analyze and incorporate economic and industry trends to support forward-looking decision-making.
•Coordinate deep-dive analysis of operating regions’ financials and develop executive presentation materials.
•Create, manage, and automate actual vs. forecast, budget, and prior-year reporting for monthly/quarterly review with stakeholders.
•Prepare, analyze, and report key financial and operating metrics; identify trends and drive process improvement and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•MBA or CPA is a plus.
•5+ years of relevant finance experience with 3+ years of demonstrated FP&A experience.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•Solid working knowledge of Tableau with exposure to BI and business analytics environments.
