Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and manage network and security infrastructure to maintain high availability and optimal performance.
  • •Proactively maintain and improve network systems through monitoring, patching, upgrades, capacity planning, backups, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Provide advanced Level 2–3 technical support to resolve network issues and reduce operational impact.
  • •Create and maintain documentation for network architecture, security models, and operational procedures.
  • •Apply network security best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Cisco CCNP, CCSP, or CCDP certification, ITIL Foundation, and a tertiary/degree qualification in Information Technology.
  • •Strong experience with Cisco hardware and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • •Advanced troubleshooting skills and Level 3 support experience with Citrix Netscalers, F5 Load Balancers, and Fortigate firewalls.
  • •Deep knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VPN, and DNS.
  • •Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing complex network and security environments, including leading large-scale network projects.
