•Translate business priorities into integrated HR strategies with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations).
•Lead organizational change initiatives through coaching, change management support, and communication strategies.
•Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; improve organizational effectiveness through talent reviews and organizational assessments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,074 - 114,546.3 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience); Master's or MBA preferred.
•5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least four years as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting technical or business organizations.
•Proven ability to advise leaders through complex employee situations.
•Experience across multiple HR disciplines, including at least two of: organizational development, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, HR analytics, HR operations, employee engagement.
•Strong consulting, coaching, and influencing skills, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
