Key Responsibilities

  • •Certify and perform aircraft maintenance activities in compliance with applicable standards and approved technical data to optimize aircraft serviceability and support operational schedules.
  • •Ensure safety and quality by establishing aircraft effectivity and referencing the latest approved maintenance data before use.
  • •Maintain line maintenance cost awareness and ensure cost-effective utilization of manpower, time, and materials.
  • •Establish and maintain aircraft exterior and interior cabin standards aligned with airline expectations.
  • •Maintain operational performance by supporting airworthiness and monitoring On-Time Performance (OTP) targets; ensure competency and training requirements are actioned using internal tools.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Leaving Certificate or university/college qualification.
  • •Holder of GCAA license or convertible to GCAA License.
  • •Authorization on two Etihad aircraft types (Level 3).
  • •Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a Line Maintenance environment.
  • •Ability to certify and carry out aircraft maintenance in compliance with applicable standards and approved technical data.
