Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain secure, cloud-native solutions to support SOC capabilities.
  • •Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
  • •Design and implement secure AWS architectures aligned to security and compliance requirements.
  • •Build and maintain security monitoring, alerting, and automated response capabilities across cloud environments, including SIEM integrations.
  • •Support incident response investigations and threat hunting, and develop automation and reusable implementation patterns to improve security consistency and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Skilled across AWS services, with experience using AWS security services and implementing cloud security best practices (IAM, monitoring, threat detection, data protection).
  • •Experience with Security Operations activities including monitoring, alerting, incident response, threat detection, and SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.
  • •Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), least-privilege access, and privileged access controls.
  • •Experience with DevSecOps practices integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines and managing software configuration and repositories.
  • •Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK) and monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus).
