Diagnose root causes, eliminate friction, and simplify HR processes so changes flow through content and platforms, improving the experience for digital teammates and managers. Partner across HR, Technology, and enterprise stakeholders to accelerate high-impact initiatives—initially aligned to Talent and Learning transformation—while translating workforce data into execution plans.
