Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain the site’s safety programs, records, and reporting to ensure compliance with company policy and the Safety Management System.
  • •Develop and administer a proactive accident and illness prevention program.
  • •Conduct and coordinate on-site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk mitigation, including implementing controls from hazard analysis results.
  • •Deliver safety training programs (e.g., ergonomics, emergency response, lockout/tagout, hazard communications) and assist with new employee safety and environmental orientation.
  • •Provide accurate safety statistical information and analysis to plant leadership and communicate results to the workforce.
