Production Technician

Operate and monitor manufacturing processes on mill and mobile equipment, including computer-controlled systems and HMI/production reporting tools. Rotate through multiple positions within an operating department, perform inspections, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance, and maintain safe, reliable, cost-effective output aligned with lean manufacturing. Support plant needs with overtime and rotating shifts, while maintaining strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
