Support Workday HCM implementations focused on Time Tracking and Absence across clients of all sizes. Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project work streams, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations; mentor junior staff
•Provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and configure/test solutions
•Demonstrate configurations through prototyping and assist in creating solutions for clients and internal reviews
•Conduct working sessions with clients to gather requirements and ensure use of Workday standard methodologies
•Analyze legacy data conversion and assist clients in testing the designed solutions, while managing multiple projects of differing scale and duration

Key Requirements

•Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must
•Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)
•4+ years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience
•Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
•Knowledge in Payroll and understanding of Payroll legislation (Additional Advantage)
