Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the central point of contact for the terminal’s civil infrastructure, covering paving, buildings, drainage, crane rails, and rail-related structures.
  • •Manage and update technical drawings, plans and documentation, including correct version control after projects and interventions.
  • •Support project and maintenance teams in defining technical specifications, scope of work, and solutions for civil works and renovations.
  • •Review contractor offers, studies and technical proposals to ensure quality, feasibility and load-bearing capacity.
  • •Follow execution, inspections and handover of civil works, ensuring deviations and as-built documentation are handled correctly, and translate recurring issues into maintenance/recovery/renewal plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in an industrial, port, or heavy infrastructure environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, including industrial roads and foundations, buildings (including roof structures), drainage, and technical building installations.
  • •Experience with technical specifications, scope of work, contractors’ dossiers, inspections, handovers, and as-built documentation (bidding/contract follow-up is a plus).
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office, plus accurate working with document and version control for high data quality and technical documentation.
