Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Palmer Square

Support total store operations by managing inventory accuracy and shrink reduction, investigating root causes of inventory issues, and executing key operational workflows like shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates. Maintain and champion strong visual standards while working closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. Ensure a safe, efficient, and inviting store experience through constant floor/back-of-house movement and guest-focused responsiveness.
