Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively coordinate and manage broking activities around renewals and transactions in line with NFP service standards.
  • •Define and execute go-to-market strategies for complex placements and lead negotiations with carriers, wholesalers, and specialty markets.
  • •Execute placements using deep understanding of client risk profiles, including oversight of binder and policy review for accuracy and alignment.
  • •Serve as a senior insurance advisor to private equity sponsors and operating partners, including due diligence support and post-close insurance structures and integration strategies.
  • •Lead team broking strategy execution, mentor brokers and account management, and utilize data and analytics to enhance client programs.

Salary: USD 205,000 - 273,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum seven (7) years of insurance experience, including private equity-backed clients or M&A transactions.
  • •Active P&C license required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • •Advanced industry designation(s) such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM (preferred).
  • •Strong leadership and portfolio management skills with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
