Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and assist with review of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP (FRS102).
  • •Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support reporting deadlines across areas such as bank reconciliations, payables, fixed assets, and multi-currency intercompany balances.
  • •Assist with month-end close by preparing and posting journals, accruals, and prepayments under the International Accounting Manager’s direction.
  • •Manage the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • •Support the annual audit process by providing audit evidence, preparing schedules, and collaborating with external auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • •Experience operating in a global organizational structure.
  • •Understanding of UK GAAP (FRS102) is essential; IFRS and US GAAP knowledge is preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred).
  • •ACA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
