Branch Manager

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver excellent client service, while driving growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition—especially for small business relationships. Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, audit, and internal control requirements. Build community connections through outside calling and centers of influence, lead performance management and training, and oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day branch activities.
