Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the CTO in day-to-day on-site communication with company leadership.
  • •Stay closely informed about ongoing projects, technical initiatives, team progress, risks, and blockers.
  • •Translate technical context and the team’s current work into clear, structured, business-friendly status updates.
  • •Handle status-related and general technical questions from leadership without requiring constant CTO involvement.
  • •Collect leadership questions and feedback, communicate them back to the CTO and engineering team, and escalate topics needing CTO technical expertise or decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in tech with time in technical leadership, technical product, or technical-communication roles (Head of Engineering, Technical Product Owner/Manager, Engineering Manager, or Deputy/Associate CTO).
  • •Strong architectural background to understand how a complex platform is built and how components fit together (focus on explaining, not owning code).
  • •Conceptual knowledge of blockchain/Web3 topics including networks/L2, EVM, ZK, wallets, staking, and stablecoins.
  • •Proven ability to represent engineering to executives and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical status, risks, and constraints into clear updates.
  • •Ability to engage at a conceptual level with a modern stack such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, and cloud/Kubernetes without needing to code.
