  • •Serve as senior technical point of contact for key clients, architects, and PMC teams; support proposals and scope definitions.
  • •Lead and develop project leads, design engineers, and BIM professionals through performance reviews, KRAs/KPIs, and training.
  • •Drive quality assurance, innovation, and continuous improvement using internal QC, energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions, and adoption of tools/workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech in Mechanical with 15+ years of experience in data center, industrial and commercial projects.
  • •Lead and validate HVAC system designs, calculations, and drawings for compliance with codes such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and NFPA.
  • •Approve conceptual designs including system selection, heat load calculations, ESP calculations, and equipment sizing.
  • •Guide high-level technical decisions for complex projects such as malls, hospitals, IT parks, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
  • •Lead a multi-level team and set KRAs/KPIs through performance reviews and mentoring.
