  • •Manage batching, production, dispatch, and plant uptime while maintaining inventory and coordinating maintenance
  • •Conduct daily product testing, maintain TXDOT-compliant stockpiles, monitor moisture probes, and maintain a daily black diary
  • •Partner with customer service and sales to handle questions, follow-ups, and complaints; control costs and review KPIs daily
