Job Summary

Oversee daily operations at a portable ready-mix concrete plant, keeping production safe, reliable, and on time. Lead a team across drivers and batch personnel, manage schedules and timecards, and coach staff. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and Greenstar requirements while supervising equipment inspections and spill prevention. Maintain TXDOT-compliant stockpiles, run daily product testing, monitor moisture probes, track KPIs, and support customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and Greenstar requirements
•Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, assignments, and timecards; coach and support drivers and plant staff
•Manage batching, production, dispatch, and plant uptime while maintaining inventory and coordinating maintenance
•Conduct daily product testing, maintain TXDOT-compliant stockpiles, monitor moisture probes, and maintain a daily black diary
•Partner with customer service and sales to handle questions, follow-ups, and complaints; control costs and review KPIs daily
