Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and implement productivity improvement strategies using Continuous Improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
  • •Perform Lean tool trainings, execute VSM events, and develop/support Lean Kaizen event schedules.
  • •Consolidate OEE data to identify improvement opportunities per process and drive Kaizen completion and Lean maturity improvements.
  • •Support Command Center/iObeya systems and manage Kanban database updates; conduct/support Continuous Improvement events for the plant.
  • •Train personnel as required and submit Lean self-assessment/Plant Maturity reports and Continuous Improvement initiative status to divisional teams.

  • •At least three years of experience in continuous improvement and Lean tools.
