Key Responsibilities

  • •Know and execute RMA processing, initiating, processing, and tracking internal RMA requests (including shipping and receiving).
  • •Monitor RMA queues, manage backlog, and meet internal/external demand requirements.
  • •Ensure RMA documentation is complete and accurate, including repairs and equipment disposal (EOL).
  • •Perform hardware receiving, unpacking, stocking, inspection/testing, and packaging of tested and integrated equipment.
  • •Maintain replacement parts inventory, support security/compliance and timely deliveries, and manage relationships with shipping/receiving stakeholders.
