Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production area
  • •Perform process development and validation on new designs in extremely aggressive timelines
  • •First-level triage of test failures by reading and interpreting test logs and telemetry
  • •Assess non-conforming hardware and drive resolution and preventative actions
  • •Design and implement assembly fixtures/shop aides to improve manufacturing process

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency; or a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline
  • •2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience OR a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline
  • •Strong ability to read, understand and follow detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions
  • •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
