Key Responsibilities

•Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production area
•Perform process development and validation on new designs in extremely aggressive timelines
•First-level triage of test failures by reading and interpreting test logs and telemetry
•Assess non-conforming hardware and drive resolution and preventative actions
•Design and implement assembly fixtures/shop aides to improve manufacturing process

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency; or a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline
•2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience OR a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline
•Strong ability to read, understand and follow detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adapting to fast-paced environments
