Job Summary

Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely purchasing that supports operational needs and supply chain objectives. Source qualified suppliers by leveraging existing agreements, negotiate pricing and delivery, and analyze quotes to make sourcing recommendations. Key Responsibilities

•Manage procure-to-pay for assigned indirect commodities, including purchase order placement from requisition through invoice payment.
•Identify qualified suppliers using existing agreements and support supplier negotiations on price, lead time, and terms.
•Obtain price quotations, negotiate pricing and delivery, and analyze supplier quotes to make sourcing recommendations.
•Ensure purchase order documentation is completed in line with company policies and procedures.
•Ensure timely order placement and on-time product delivery to schedule; interface with requisitioners and functional groups as needed.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
•Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain/procurement environment (Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, or PRISM).
•Advanced proficiency in English.
•Strong communication skills to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
•Proficiency in SAP procurement functions, Business Warehouse, and Business Objects; advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
