Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procure-to-pay for assigned indirect commodities, including purchase order placement from requisition through invoice payment.
  • •Identify qualified suppliers using existing agreements and support supplier negotiations on price, lead time, and terms.
  • •Obtain price quotations, negotiate pricing and delivery, and analyze supplier quotes to make sourcing recommendations.
  • •Ensure purchase order documentation is completed in line with company policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure timely order placement and on-time product delivery to schedule; interface with requisitioners and functional groups as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain/procurement environment (Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, or PRISM).
  • •Advanced proficiency in English.
  • •Strong communication skills to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
  • •Proficiency in SAP procurement functions, Business Warehouse, and Business Objects; advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
