Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and certify new employees on department operations, policies, procedures, and safety.
  • •Coordinate associate movement and assignments within and across work areas to meet department/DC results.
  • •Partner with supervisors and trainers to improve associates’ safe, efficient, accurate, and quality techniques.
  • •Proactively communicate operational topics impacting upstream/downstream success, including system/equipment/product flow demands or cross-training schedules.
  • •Cover and support the department supervisor or trainer as instructed, and be prepared to assist during seasonal busy/slow periods.
