Key Responsibilities

•Optimize each client’s use of the line of credit within an assigned territory by acting as a floor plan subject matter expert for clients with credit lines ranging from $50,000 to $2,500,000.
•Engage clients in person or virtually to achieve goals and performance targets by collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability through prudent account management, controlled growth, and risk mitigation.
•Collect and analyze client financial information and internal reports/dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance, identify financial distress, and address issues to manage risk and growth.
•Collaborate with the Risk and Recovery department on pre-default risk mitigation and post-default collection efforts, minimizing loss and maximizing recovery.
•Maintain required documentation in Salesforce, complete Salesforce campaigns, onboard new clients, and perform physical inspection of inventory and related audits as necessary.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS with 4+ years of related experience in finance, client-facing roles, B2B, account management and/or collections; or an equivalent combination of MS degree and 2+ years, or 8 years in lieu of a degree.
•Proficiency reading and analyzing financials such as profit & loss, balance sheet, tax returns, and bank statements.
•Ability to identify risk indicators through data tools and support pre-default risk mitigation and post-default collection efforts.
•Strong negotiation and collection skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
•Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce.
