•Ensure policies, certificates, and local documentation comply with fronting requirements, local insurance regulations, and captive reinsurance structures
•Coordinate timely issuance to avoid regulatory or tax exposure
•Ensure underwriting decisions are reflected in local policies, fronting agreements, and reinsurance cessions to the captive
•Day-to-day relationship management and program maintenance with captive managers; manage premium flow and allocation between Zurich network and captive

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in the Service Delivery area, or High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4+ years of experience in the Service Delivery area
•Intermediate knowledge of captive reinsurance
•Experience in reinsurance accounting processes, including but not limited to reinsurance cession and cashflow
•Experience in end-to-end coordination between captive, insured, broker, and fronting partners
•Effective communication skills; bilingual (French and English) is an asset
