Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate fronting decisions with captive partners into executable servicing actions
  • •Ensure policies, certificates, and local documentation comply with fronting requirements, local insurance regulations, and captive reinsurance structures
  • •Coordinate timely issuance to avoid regulatory or tax exposure
  • •Ensure underwriting decisions are reflected in local policies, fronting agreements, and reinsurance cessions to the captive
  • •Day-to-day relationship management and program maintenance with captive managers; manage premium flow and allocation between Zurich network and captive

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in the Service Delivery area, or High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4+ years of experience in the Service Delivery area
  • •Intermediate knowledge of captive reinsurance
  • •Experience in reinsurance accounting processes, including but not limited to reinsurance cession and cashflow
  • •Experience in end-to-end coordination between captive, insured, broker, and fronting partners
  • •Effective communication skills; bilingual (French and English) is an asset
