Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
  • •Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests across UI, API, backend, and end-to-end testing.
  • •Advocate for quality throughout the software lifecycle by partnering with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify and mitigate risks early.
  • •Participate in requirements analysis, test strategy, test planning, risk assessment, test estimation, and release validation.
  • •Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, perform performance/load testing, and conduct defect analysis/RCA supporting production issue investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4 years of experience in Quality Engineering with strong expertise in test automation.
  • •Hands-on experience with Playwright using TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • •Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, including API automation for REST APIs (e.g., Postman, API testing frameworks).
  • •Strong backend testing experience including SQL, databases, log validation, and microservices.
  • •Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and working in Agile/Scrum with solid SDLC/STLC knowledge.
