Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth recruiting workflows and improve candidate experience.
  • •Monitor application systems and maintain tracking spreadsheets to ensure data completeness through resume screening and record filing.
  • •Act as a core point of contact for candidates, answering questions and resolving system-related issues to deliver a positive job-seeking experience.
  • •Support end-to-end logistics and technical support for the Assessment Center and candidate interviews.
  • •Assist with campus engagement and employer branding, coordinating career talks, online webinars, and preparation of promotional materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled, available to work 3–4 days per week.
  • •Ability to complete an internship for at least 3 months.
  • •Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to handle English resumes and communication.
  • •High Excel proficiency with sensitivity to data; strong ability to organize data, analyze logically, and present charts.
  • •Strong communication, careful and rigorous work style, ability to handle pressure and coordinate multiple tasks.
