Member of Engineering (Agent Experience)

Build the backend and agent-experience infrastructure that connects research, infrastructure, and product into self-improving agentic workflows. You’ll design and ship robust services (primarily in Python and Go), drive adoption of agent-native research processes, and help create evals, datasets, and dashboards that measure self-improvement across the model factory. Collaborate closely with researchers, eval, and runtime teams to define the roadmap and deliver daily researcher value.
