Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end diagnosis, planning, and execution of selected market transformation engagements, translating ambiguous challenges into clear workplans and measurable outcomes.
  • •Partner with country, regional, product, commercial, finance, legal, and delivery teams to structure solutions for complex market growth priorities and special situations.
  • •Develop executive-ready materials including business cases, decision papers, and progress updates for senior leadership alignment and decision-making.
  • •Drive disciplined engagement governance with intake assessment, prioritization, issue escalation, stakeholder alignment, and tracking of financial and strategic impact.
  • •Provide hands-on leadership to cross-functional project teams to ensure accountability, pace, and quality of execution across multiple markets and workstreams.
