Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive investigations for yield issues due to program bugs (not process drift) and support problem resolution.
  • •Support FOAK hardware qualification (e.g., Burn In Board, Oven CSB, Tester, MOBO) and legacy device support (RMA, yield, capacity).
  • •Provide rescreen and test time schedule updates, and track test time, retest ratio, and performance vs plan.
  • •Review and analyze new product proliferation test results using AI, including production support for daily test operation issues.
  • •Support logistics/lot handling for testing (e.g., physical lot location, merge/return/engineering lot loading) and site audits; manage NPI stage commitments (module yield, DRAM burn/ATE, module retest rate).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in backend equipment maintenance/engineering.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of backend manufacturing test handler equipment and processes.
  • •Good understanding of equipment mechanical/electrical fundamentals and reliability.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis tools (Decision Analysis, RA, FMEA) and change management; C/C++ knowledge and Unix/Linux knowledge are advantageous.
