Job Summary

Support Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate Advisory team by researching UK real estate markets, producing business cases and estate strategies, and guiding multidisciplinary project teams to develop tailored real estate solutions for health, education, defence, local and central government, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions for real problems.
•Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support the development of business cases and estate solutions.
•Provide expert advice on latest real estate and sector industry trends.
•Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and prepare compelling proposals.

Key Requirements

•Essential: In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
•Essential: 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment.
•Essential: Proven experience of authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
•Essential: Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
•Essential: Knowledge of, and Track Record within, at least one of Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education / Commercial sectors, including understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement.
