Data Enablement Lead

Build and optimize business-unit analytics engineering capabilities by bridging backend data infrastructure with self-service analytics products. Own localized data pipelines and coordinate with central platform teams to keep upstream data flowing. Design next-generation data consumption tools such as high-performance cubes/semantic layers and AI/LLM query bots (e.g., text-to-SQL) while establishing standards for modeling, monitoring, and data quality.
