Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain store presentation standards and cleanliness to provide high-quality customer service.
  • •Greet customers, assist at the cash wrap, and provide gift card service while keeping the area clean and orderly.
  • •Provide fitting-room quality service, follow up with customers, and attempt to add-on to sales.
  • •Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations (opening/closing, store coverage, security) and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence if required.
  • •Train new staff on POS operations, ensure pricing/ticketing compliance, participate in store meetings and inventories, and meet weekly sales goals.

Key Requirements
