Key Responsibilities

•Assess new opportunities for strategic fit, financial viability, and operational feasibility; recommend go/no-go/reshape decisions to senior leaders.
•Develop and refine deal structures across franchise, management, hybrid, and membership models.
•Lead negotiations with owners, investors, and partners; structure commercial and contractual terms to balance risk and long-term value.
•Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth deal execution through to closure.
•Coordinate the end-to-end development process, including site inspections, feasibility studies/financial modelling, due diligence, and approvals.

Key Requirements

•7–15+ years’ hospitality experience, including hotel development, asset management/operations, or hospitality advisory/consulting.
•Proven experience negotiating franchise or hotel management agreements.
•Strong understanding of owner, operator, and brand perspectives, including industry stakeholder dynamics.
•Strong project management skills to support end-to-end deal and development execution.
•Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
