Job Summary

AECOM is hiring Wet Utilities Engineers and CAD Designers to join our Southern US transportation team. Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Work on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects, including mega-projects
•Perform conveyance systems design for highways and design all components of highway water and sewer utilities in coordination with environmental, roadway, structures, signing, MOT, and temporary drainage
•Design highway conveyance components (manholes, pipes, distribution lines)
•Collaborate with environmental, roadway, structures, and MOT teams to integrate utilities into broader project designs
•Utilize Bentley Microstation and ORD software for CAD design and project documentation

•BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (CAD Designers)
•BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency (Junior Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency (Mid-Level Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency (Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads)
•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License, State DOT experience, ORD software
