Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
  • •Support staff productivity/engagement and ensure stock availability and replenishment efficiency.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational routines and monitor turnover vs. targets and retail KPIs (e.g., MS, IPT, AVB, CR).
  • •Maintain visual merchandising, assortment, and merchandise presentation; ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.

Key Requirements

  • •Comparable experience or strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.

  • •Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • •Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
  • •Fluent in English or a native language of the country.
