Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop baseline schedules using MS Project, covering WBS creation, activity sequencing, duration estimation, and resource allocation.
  • •Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules, weekly updates, and monthly progress plans for all engineering packages.
  • •Integrate schedules for Civil, PEB, MEP, HVAC, Firefighting, Refrigeration, Utility & external development works.
  • •Monitor actual progress vs planned and highlight delays, slippages, and critical-path deviations.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; obtain weekly updates from site teams and vendor representatives; present schedule status in weekly reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. in Mechanical OR Civil Engineering
  • •Post-graduation from NICMAR or equivalent offering advanced studies in Project Management / Construction Management
  • •Proficiency in MS Project to develop baseline schedules, activity sequencing, duration estimation and resource allocation
  • •Experience coordinating with Civil, PEB, MEP teams and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, PMC)
  • •Ability to prepare Project Progress Reports (PPR/WPSR), dashboards, S-curves, delay analysis and support forecasting and mitigation strategies
